Talking about some amazing burgers. I heard they were the best in Pueblo. So, I went to go check them out. The Texas Double bacon Jalapeno Burger Hit the spot! Best of the best Burgers in Pueblo for sure. On top of all that very reasonable price. Highly recommended for burgers or chili.
Our waitress was much more interested in her friends at the bar than making sure we were taken care of. The bar was by no means fully occupied. My guest and I chose a table close to the kitchen, away from the crowd, to have an intentional conversation. We had to ask for the side of ranch we had ordered when initially placing our order, a vital aspect of my order was missing, causing us to have to flag her down for that, after she dropped off the items we had requested during our main exchange, we were largely ignored. Drinks were not topped off, at no time did she ask if we needed anything else, or if everything was okay, until the very end of our meal. Dropping off the check was also completed in a highly distracted, brushed off fashion. The food was delicious enough to bring us back again. The service will not be anticipated to be adequate.
This was my second visit to Chelsey's and the California Burger and french fries were excellent. I love consistency in both food preparation and service. To top off the meal the home made cheesecake was awesome. I was offered chocolate, cherry, and strawberry toppings but as a cheesecake purist I opted for none and it was delicious. Parking was easy at North Main and 8th Streets in Downtown Pueblo. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. just before lunch and when I left at about 12:30 p.m. the restaurant was getting lots of customers. It's great to see our local restaurants on the rebound. This corner has seen lots of different restaurants over the past several years so I hope Chelsey's stays around for quite a few more. I look forward to my third visit. GH

Chelsey's has a nice atmosphere with amazing bar tenders!!! Would recommend going if you are into a large and loud environment.
First time here. The food was fantastic, our waitress was amazing. She even let my kids watch as she feed the turtles. They absolutely loved that. The tables were a little dirty but no problem. We got one by the turtles. Loved the food and our waitress. Thank you.
